Smith Wins Gold in the 2025 AVA Digital Awards

Smith is honored to have won a gold award and received an honorable mention in the 2025 AVA Digital Awards. The AVA awards recognize innovative approaches to engaging audiences through the creative integration of digital arts, technology, and information. Originally established in 1994 to celebrate the audio-visual arts, the awards have since evolved to acknowledge the growing impact of digital media and the web in transforming the way information is shared and experienced. The judging panel consists of seasoned professionals with firsthand experience in the types of projects being submitted.  


 
Gold Award: Educational Service Center, Microsite  

As part of a multi-channel campaign, Smith partnered with the Educational Service Center to create a microsite, Teachers Create Teachers, which serves to inspire and attract qualified candidates to embrace careers as future teachers in Ohio.  



Honorable Mention: Border States, Business-to-Business  

Smith partnered with Border States to accelerate their digital transformation, implementing a multi-phase programmatic approach to drive customer engagement. Key improvements included self-service tooling, a streamlined online bill pay system, and a modernized digital experience, driving efficiency and brand alignment.
