As Customer Growth Officer, Rob leads Smith’s sales organization and partner engagement. He has spent the past 20 years as a technology evangelist, advancing B2B and B2C companies through the evolution of commerce, customer relationship management, and digital transformation. He leverages creative intuition of current and future trends to help companies find new and/or better ways of doing business. Prior to Smith, Rob was the GVP of Ecommerce/Strategy for Razorfish, where he worked to help companies navigate omnichannel commerce through the entire ecosystem including commerce, product information management, order management and fulfillment, and customer service. He’s worked with brands like Home Depot, Keurig, McKesson, Whirlpool, HPE, Bridgestone, and GSK to expand their commerce models. Rob has a BS in business and marketing from Miami University.
