Jared Hochradel is Vice President of Customer Experience at Smith, bringing more than a decade of experience leading strategy, design, and experience initiatives across B2C and B2B platforms. He specializes in connecting business strategy with human-centered design—translating complex technical and organizational challenges into experiences that feel intuitive, elegant, and purposeful.
Jared has led creative, UX, and strategic transformation efforts for global brands including Adidas, Boeing, Lowe’s, L’Oréal, and Taco Bell. He partners closely with cross-functional teams to shape long-term roadmaps, build scalable design systems, and drive alignment across business, product, and technology. His work focuses on helping organizations simplify complexity and create meaningful, measurable impact.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time outdoors, working with his hands in the yard, and staying active through boxing.
