Overview
They’re a global supplier for aerospace, energy and transportation. We helped them upgrade, implement and integrate for more orders in just one month than in the entire previous year.
Challenge

In continuing to expand its global operations, this industrial tooling and materials supplier recognized the need to strengthen its digital foundation. They were looking to replace their existing digital commerce platform with a more scalable and feature-rich enterprise system but knew it would be a huge undertaking. However, if they found the right partner to help them transition, they could find high returns through optimizing customer experience and accelerating digital sales.

“Smith’s ACT for AEM was a game-changer for this project.”

Solution

We worked closely with the client to develop a results-oriented roadmap for platform implementations, integrations, and upgrades, including SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), Qualtrics, Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform (STEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Dynamic Media.

Our proprietary ACT for AEM simplified the integration between Adobe and SAP Commerce Cloud, allowing each applications’ functionality to operate without extensive customization.

Outcomes

In just six months, we launched four branded sites in 16 languages, creating the base for a customer-centric experience platform that could keep pace with the company’s growth. Just one month after launch, the new website had generated as many orders as the previous website had in an entire year.

With seamless integration between commerce and content, as well as unified customer data for experience management, the company now has the tools it needs to fuel growth in an increasingly digital economy.

US Regulatory Compliance

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the United States Federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data, and apply to US-based employee medical benefits only.

Comprehensive Commerce Assessment (CCA)
Smith’s Comprehensive Commerce Assessment (CCA) shines the spotlight on your sales channels to identify, measure and optimize performance. We also analyze the user experience (UX) and conduct a technical audit to identify additional areas for improvement. These efforts inspire targeted actions that navigate your buyers seamlessly from search, to product pages, cart and checkout. Improved outcomes as a result of these efforts include higher conversion rates, average order values (AOV), customer satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS), customer lifetime values (CLV) and customer retention rates.
